Movie Plot: In 1890, England, a Chinese man, robbed Lau Jing (Jackie Chan) of the Bank of England. To drive the police out, Zing-Phils Becomes a servant to Fog (Steve Coogan), an inventor, taking the pseudonym Paspartout. Phillies was trying to break the 50 mph speed barrier before coming to Jing, and after succeeding with the help of a passpass, he was the head of the Royal Academy of Sciences.
